Insolvency Administrator

We’re offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic restructuring and insolvency practice where you’ll gain valuable exposure to a wide range of cases and be supported in your professional development.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), and Administrations. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll be involved in all aspects of case administration, from pre-appointment planning through to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities across a portfolio of insolvency cases
  • Prepare and submit statutory documents, reports, and client communications
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders professionally and effectively
  • Assist with investigations, asset realisation, and distributions
  • Maintain accurate case records in line with compliance requirements
  • Support senior colleagues with ad hoc tasks and team initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven insolvency experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Able to cope under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
