Candidate Requirements
? Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills
? Proven experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Special Situations or Restructuring Advisory
? A genuine passion for debt-led transactions, with the ambition and capability to originate and lead mandates
? Ideally ACA/CA or ACCA qualified, with approximately 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience
? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; European language skills are advantageous but not essential
