Outside of work, Rob is kept busy transporting his two sons around the county for various sporting fixtures. When time allows, you will find him out road running, playing some golf, or playing Perudo.

Sam Doshi is a specialist search consultant focused solely on the Insolvency, Restructuring & Deal Advisory market. With more than two decades in recruitment, and prior experience working directly within Restructuring & Insolvency before moving into search, he advises leading UK advisory firms and senior professionals on both retained and contingent assignments. His track record includes multiple successful Partner-level searches across Restructuring & Insolvency and Deal Advisory practices.

Sam’s work is centred on delivering precise, well-executed appointments in complex and competitive areas of the market. He brings structure and discretion to every search, combining detailed market mapping with careful candidate assessment. The knowledge gained from his time working within the sector, alongside years advising firms from a recruitment perspective, allows him to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and provide informed, objective insight at key times in the hiring process.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his two sons. He is an enthusiastic supporter of grassroots football and can be found on a cold, wet touchline on a Saturday and Sunday morning, supporting his sons.  He also likes to walk his dog, Kane, named after the famous Harry!
