Partner - Restructuring and Advisory

Sitting within a well-established UK Restructuring team (UKR) they are seeking an an experienced Director or Partner to join a high achieving and dynamic team. The team has a proven track record of handling complex advisory assignments and insolvency appointments, contributing to some of the most high-profile restructuring cases in the UK and overseas.
Qualifications and Experience:
- To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) with over five years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in financial services restructuring, business reviews, winddown planning, and insolvency appointments.
- JIEB qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and report directly to lead partners or directors.
The Role
As a Financial Restructuring Partner, you will be instrumental in leading and growing the firm’s restructuring offering. You’ll advise businesses across sectors who are navigating financial distress, underperformance, or strategic change — offering clear, outcome-focused solutions that drive recovery and value preservation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of complex restructuring cases, specifically IBRs
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including company directors, banks, private equity, asset-based lenders, and legal advisors.
- Leading on business development, building new relationships while deepening existing ones.
- Contributing to firmwide strategy and mentoring the next generation of advisory talent.
- Playing a key role in cross-functional mandates, leveraging in-house expertise across debt advisory, turnaround, and corporate finance.
