Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Compulsory Liquidations
- Draft reports, prepare statutory paperwork, and liaise with stakeholders including creditors, directors, and solicitors
- Ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with current legislation and best practices
- Maintain accurate case records and assist with investigations where necessary
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members (for senior-level applicants)
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar insolvency role (min. 2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- CPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
