About the Role:
You’ll provide critical administrative support to licensed insolvency practitioners, assisting with a varied portfolio of cases including liquidations, administrations, and CVAs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist experience within a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the preparation and management of insolvency cases from appointment to closure
Drafting standard documents, reports, and correspondence to creditors and other stakeholders
Handling case diaries, file maintenance, and statutory compliance checks
Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with asset realisations, creditor claims, and reconciliations
Liaising with directors, creditors, and external professionals
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks and project work
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an administration role within insolvency, finance, legal, or professional services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Experience with IPS or similar insolvency case management systems (desirable)
Proactive, reliable, and confident in working both independently and as part of a team
