Insolvency Administrator/Senior Administrator

About the Role:
You’ll provide critical administrative support to licensed insolvency practitioners, assisting with a varied portfolio of cases including liquidations, administrations, and CVAs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist experience within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the preparation and management of insolvency cases from appointment to closure

  • Drafting standard documents, reports, and correspondence to creditors and other stakeholders

  • Handling case diaries, file maintenance, and statutory compliance checks

  • Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Assisting with asset realisations, creditor claims, and reconciliations

  • Liaising with directors, creditors, and external professionals

  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks and project work

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administration role within insolvency, finance, legal, or professional services

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

  • Experience with IPS or similar insolvency case management systems (desirable)

  • Proactive, reliable, and confident in working both independently and as part of a team
