About the Team

This Special Situations team sits at the heart of a highly successful corporate finance and deal advisory practice. The group is the first call for clients facing significant operational or financial challenges—delivering bespoke solutions that preserve value, manage stakeholder dynamics, and support long-term transformation.

Following significant recent investment in leadership, the team is now expanding rapidly across all grades. You'll be joining a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment that values diverse perspectives and is committed to helping every team member thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll lead and support a wide range of corporate advisory engagements, including:

  • Stakeholder management and crisis stabilisation
  • Liquidity and cash flow management
  • Business planning and performance improvement
  • Turnaround planning and implementation
  • Financing strategies and managed exits
  • Integrated operational and financial restructuring

You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, including corporates, private equity, and lenders—guiding them through moments of transformation and uncertainty.

What We're Looking For

You may come from a professional services, consulting, finance, or operational background. You’ll bring a blend of experience in one or more of the following areas: turnaround, restructuring, transactions, strategic finance, or business transformation.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in leading complex advisory or restructuring projects
  • Excellent commercial acumen and a solutions-led mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multi-workstream projects in high-pressure environments
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to team leadership and development

Sector experience in consumer, industrials, TMT, healthcare, or energy is welcome but not essential.
