Restructuring Advisory - Senior Manager

The Opportunity

Working as part of an established Financial Advisory team, you will be involved in a variety of challenging and commercially focused engagements, including:

• Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
• Debt restructuring and refinancing
• DCF and cash flow forecasting
• LBO modelling
• Financial and DCF modelling
• Scenario analysis and financial analysis
• Supporting clients and stakeholders through complex financial and strategic decisions

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues and clients, taking increasing responsibility for assignments and contributing to the delivery of high-quality advisory work.

I am keen to speak with ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountants who have experience in areas such as Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Transaction Services or a related discipline.

You should ideally have:

• Strong financial modelling experience, particularly DCF and/or LBO modelling
• Experience working on IBRs, restructuring or other advisory engagements
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• The ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate it clearly
• Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under pressure
