Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Insolvency Administrator to join their established restructuring and insolvency team. The Role

Duties will typically include:

  • Managing the progression of insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
  • Preparing statutory reports and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Loan book collection and asset realisation work
  • Maintaining effective stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Assisting with investigations and case-specific enquiries
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents, creditors and other external professionals
  • Supporting cashiering duties as required (previous experience not essential)
  • Providing a high level of client service
  • Managing your own caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within a corporate insolvency environment
  • Good working knowledge of Corporate and Personal Insolvency procedures
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders
