Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and administrations.
- Conducting investigations, preparing statutory reports, and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Supporting case progression by liaising with creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work, and supporting their development.
- Preparing reports for senior management and providing recommendations for case strategies.
- Monitoring case budgets and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Contributing to the development of operational efficiencies and improvements within the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working on insolvency cases in a professional environment.
- A good understanding of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Professional qualifications such as CPI or working towards JIEB are highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous.
