We’re currently working with a highly respected insolvency practice based in Milton Keynes, who are expanding their internal Compliance team with the addition of a brand-new role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a technical, detail-oriented environment and is keen to grow their knowledge in both English and Scottish insolvency law. No prior experience in insolvency is necessary – just a positive, inquisitive mindset and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collating technical updates and issuing internal guidance
• Supporting compliance reviews and audits
• Assisting with template improvements within internal case management systems (e.g. Insolv)
• Supporting internal training sessions and document preparation
• Helping maintain compliance and quality standards across the firm
• Contributing to ad hoc projects (e.g., block transfer orders, regulatory reviews)
• Supporting onboarding processes for new offices and partners
• Maintaining internal compliance resources and documentation
• Staying up to date with regulatory guidance and insolvency law developments
