After a very busy start to 2022 this specialist investment firm who have executed multiple deals, this year requires a qualified accountant who has specialised in Insolvency and Restructuring.
We have been appointed to secure the services of a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with circa 18/24 months post qualified experience that wants a move away from the traditional top ten firms of Accountants and American restructuring boutiques. You must have a commercial outlook and a real interest in business turnaround, coupled with a background in financial analysis that allows you to identify problems quickly and make sound and informed decisions as part of a management team.
Beneficial Experience:
Your role will involve supporting the investment team with deal due diligence and reviewing new opportunities when they arise. You will also be given the opportunity to work closely with Investment Directors on pitches and the negotiation process. You will also be involved in managing the portfolio companies through times of change, financial stress and corporate turnaround.
With a team of over 100 investment professionals across multiple countries, this role will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to expand their skillset into the investment space.
Salary range is £60-£70k + bonus + benefits.
