You will be supporting the maintenance of case portfolios and will work to develop your team by providing tasks to ensure case progression is effective and efficient.
The Role
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in Birmingham, with flexible work patterns considered and the current COVID-19 pandemic will be taken into consideration, however this will continue to be kept under review.
Key Responsibilities will include
Understand and appreciate key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business.
Running your own portfolios that include liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.
Draft reports in accordance with statutory requirements and any other correspondence as required.
Regular client contact in concurrence with managers.
Working with our offshore Joint Venture team to complete tasks.
Attending client sites & providing ongoing site support as the office teams may require.
Ensuring best practice/firm/regulatory requirements are adhered to and that the firm’s commitment to quality is reflected in all written output for creditors/other external stakeholders.
The Background
Ideally educated to degree level
Proven insolvency experience in a similar role essential (CVLs, MVLs)
Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
Ability to manage a varied case load
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills.
Experienced in using Word, Excel and Power Point, as all documents we produce and send use these systems.
