Insolvency Administrator

Our client is a prestigious, market-leading accounting firm that ranks among the largest firms in the sector. They have been involved in numerous high-profile insolvency cases in the UK and consist of highly skilled insolvency practitioners.

They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team based in London. You will be in charge of managing a portfolio of Administration and Liquidation cases as well as adhering to legal requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company where progression is highly prevalent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand and appreciate key commercial aspects of insolvent company’s business.
• Perform work in accordance with the company’s statutory procedures.
• Occasional clients contact in conjunction with managers.
• Able to manage multiple assignments at one time.
• Regularly provide progress reports to the manager including preparation of six-monthly cases review.
• Ensure deadlines are met and case progression can be demonstrated across your own portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong computer skills and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Familiar with insolvency rules and statutory requirements
• Ideally have 2 years of experience within the Insolvency Sector (would consider 12 months or more)
• Existing qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
• Ability to multitask
• Able to adapt to new procedures and situations
