Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing various complex insolvency cases, including administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and restructurings.
- Developing and implementing strategies for case progression, ensuring compliance with UK insolvency regulations.
- Engaging with creditors, stakeholders, and clients, providing clear communication and expert advice.
- Managing and mentoring a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring high-quality work and supporting career development.
- Monitoring case budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to achieve efficient outcomes.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and client engagement.
- Supporting the regional leadership team in driving growth and innovation within the Manchester office.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience in insolvency management, with a proven record of delivering successful outcomes in complex cases.
- Professional qualifications such as JIEB, ACA, or ACCA are essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercial mindset.
- Clear and confident communication skills to handle sensitive situations and engage with stakeholders.
