About the Role

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s success. You’ll work closely with clients, creditors, and stakeholders, ensuring every case is handled with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Lead the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases from inception to closure.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Prepare statutory reports, filings, and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and professional advice.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges in cases, leveraging your expertise to deliver optimal outcomes.

About You

  • Experienced: You’ve managed a wide range of insolvency cases with confidence and efficiency.
  • Qualified: CPI/ICSA qualification is preferred, but strong practical experience is equally valued.
