Remote Insolvency Administrator



Our client, a well-established and growing firm specialising in insolvency and financial restructuring, is seeking a Remote Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of insolvency assignments, including CVLs, IVAs, and bankruptcy cases.
  • Drafting statutory documentation, notices, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicating with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Supporting senior team members with complex cases and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insolvency administration, ideally 2+ years.
  • Knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in relevant software and IT systems.
