The Opportunity:

As an Insolvency Partner, you will find yourself at the heart of originating and managing a diverse portfolio of cases. From shouldering statutory duties, case origination and management of staff with a view to ensuring the smooth closure of cases – you'll be the pivot around which our client's cases revolve and the hinge upon which their business will grow.

What Awaits:

• Spearheading the origination of formal insolvency cases.
• Steering and advancing a junior colleagues, whilst ensuring their case execution meets the stringent insolvency standards in place.
• Directing a complex and challenging portfolio of insolvency cases.
• The opportunity to generate revenue and build a team around your efforts.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor’s degree or impressive A-Level results and or paired with hands-on, directly and relevant Insolvency experience.

A proven track record in professional services or a corporate setting, with a focus on formal, corporate insolvency.

Profound familiarity with the UK Insolvency statutory and regulatory framework.

JIEB qualified, appointment taking, with a demonstrable work winning ability.
