Our partnered firm in this instance is eager to sponsor the career of an ambitious and experienced insolvency professional as they tackle the next steps of growth in the managerial portion of their career. More varied work and further management opportunities will become available as you progress and establish yourself in the team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression.

• Working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded.

• Using your knowledge of the industry and relevant processes to resolve technical issues and organisation to resolve client and director demands.

• Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.

• Providing regular progress reports to senior staff members.

• Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements.

• Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.

Requirements:

• Prior experience within Insolvency is absolutely essential, minimum of 5 years.

• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.

• Ideally either CPI/ACCA qualified. Desire to study or completion of JIEB also preferred.
