This role offers you the chance to oversee your own Insolvency team, directly reporting to the Partners alongside other senior staff. With the autonomy to run your own case portfolio and diversify your workload as you see fit, this business is also eager to support any successful candidate's growth to Senior Manager and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a range of corporate and personal insolvency cases, ensuring compliance and high standards of case administration.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, creditors, and stakeholders to devise tailored solutions, guiding them through financial distress and recovery.
  • Manage case teams, promoting best practices in insolvency processes and fostering professional development.
  • Drive operational efficiency and oversee the accurate documentation and reporting of case progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferably ACA/ACCA or CPI/JIEB qualified, with extensive experience managing a variety of insolvency cases.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience within the Insolvency space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
