  • Assist senior management in overseeing complex cases and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into company affairs, asset realizations, and creditor claims.
  • Prepare detailed reports and statutory documentation for creditors, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progression and resolution.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practices, ensuring all work adheres to industry standards.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including attending networking events and building relationships with key contacts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional qualification in insolvency (e.g.CPI, JIEB) or working towards such qualification.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in insolvency practice, with a proven track record of managing cases independently.
  • Strong knowledge of UK insolvency laws and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using insolvency software and Microsoft Office applications.
